These terms govern your use of edcstudio.uk. By browsing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you go on to book a photography session with us, that booking is separately governed by our Photography Service Agreement, provided at the time of booking.

This website is provided for the purpose of showcasing EDC Studio’s photography portfolio, describing our services, and allowing visitors to make enquiries or bookings. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by, any other party.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website — including photographs, text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of EDC Studio and is protected by UK copyright law. You may view and share pages of this website for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without our prior written permission.
3. Portfolio Images
Images displayed in our portfolio are shared with the permission of the clients photographed, in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of their booking. If you have concerns about an image appearing on this website, please contact us at edcstudio@proton.me and we will address it promptly.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website — including package details, pricing, and availability — is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors, and prices or details may change without notice. Where a discrepancy exists, the details confirmed directly with you at the time of booking will apply.
5. Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a Photography Service Agreement is in place, as described in that Agreement.
6. Prices
All prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling (£) and are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; however, the price confirmed to you at the time of booking will be honoured for that booking.
